TEAM WORK is the biggest strength of this hospital and
we have able to achieve various goals successfully. This hospital is giving
services to district Muzaffarnagar and the nearby towns of the other districts
(Saharanpur, Bijnor, Shamili). The work load of hospital is more than 900
deliveries and 300 caesarean operation per month. Strict monitoring of post
operative patient is one of the biggest tool. The bed occupancy rate is 135 (by
mid night census) The average length of stay 2.03. Surgical site infection rate
is 0.19% and referral rate 0.5%.

Infection control practices are strictly followed. All
the workers are monitored and are given regular feedback training regarding standard
precaution and bio medical waste management and quality tools.

We are doing regular
maternal and neonatal death meetings and we also discuss critically ill,
just missed cases who have been saved by quick decision and management.

2 and ½ years ago this hospital was shifted to small
space for new 100 bedded MCH hospital to be built. By proper management and
leadership the hospital statistic did not fall and there was continuous
increase in the statistical data of its achievements. We feel proud as the
creamy layer of the society have also show interest in the hospital and availed
the MCH services thereof.
